Can I request a quotation?

Our team will be delighted to supply you with a quotation. Simply click on ‘Request a Quote’ on our website and complete the relevant details.

Can I order a sample?

You can request a sample through our website www.keystyle.com. Samples are 600mm x 300mm to ensure you benefit from the full effect of the design.  Samples cost £30 each and this amount will be refunded when you place an order.

How can I place an order?

Orders are placed through our website, offering customers a quick and convenient process.

What payment methods you accept?

We accept the following payment methods – BACS, Stripe, Mastercard, Visa and PayPal

What are your delivery times from point of ordering?

Our tiles come direct from the factories in Italy to our UK warehouse.  They are then shipped directly to your specified address.  This process takes around 14 – 21 days.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched from our UK warehouse, you will receive an automated e-mail with tracking details for your convenience.

How will my tiles be delivered?

All pallet deliveries are to the kerbside as standard. The items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified.

Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the palletised goods into a spot on the kerbside that is safe and keeps the pallet secure. However, we will not be able to assist you to transport items from the kerbside spot to any building. The delivery driver will always have to work within health and safety guidelines. This is to ensure the safety of the driver, the customer and the general public.

If your property has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering via the Additional Information section on the checkout page. This may incur an additional charge.

We will not be able to move goods further than our pallet trolley permits, and we will be unable to deliver to steep hills, gravel driveways or other unusual conditions.

If you are not sure if your chosen spot is suitable for kerbside delivery, please speak to your local collecting depot or email support@keystyle.com.

What tools do I require to fit the tiles?

How do I choose the size of tile?

The size of your tiles has just as much of an impact on the design of a room as the colour.  Our guide, ‘Choosing The Right Size of Tile’, offers advice on what to consider when choosing your tile size to achieve maximum impact from your project www.keystyle.com

Do you install the tiles?

KeyStyle is supply only, however we have a technical team who can assist with your installation queries.  You can use our ‘Chat’ function on the website, or e-mail using our on-line contact form www.keystyle.com

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Should you try to cancel your order after dispatch, you will need to follow our returns process below.

Returns

If we make an error with your order, we will correct this for you. All items leave us in perfect condition. If a delivery should arrive damaged in any way you MUST indicate this when you sign for it and contact us within 14 days of receipt to inform us of the problem, with images.

Once an order has been dispatched from the supplier and is in the care of the courier, you will receive a dispatch email. The order is then unable to be amended. Therefore, please ensure that delivery dates, addresses and items are correct prior to dispatch.

You may return entire, unused orders within 14 days for a refund. You must contact us via email to arrange this (see “contact us” details which are clearly shown on our web site). You must obtain a “Returns Number” from us so that we know who you are and who to refund. You will be responsible for carriage charges.
