Shipping for orders under 100m2 – £250
Shipping for orders over 100m2 – FREE
Sample tiles will be sent via parcel courier and will be delivered within 3 – 6 working days.
Parcels are sent on a leave safe service – a signature is not required as they can be left with a neighbour or left safe at your property, providing you have given prior authorisation.
Kerbside pallet deliveries
All pallet deliveries are to the kerbside as standard. The items will be delivered to the nearest kerbside at the address specified.
Our freight drivers will position their vehicle as close as possible to the delivery address and unload the palletised goods into a spot on the kerbside that is safe and keeps the pallet secure. However, we will not be able to assist you to transport items from the kerbside spot to any building. The delivery driver will always have to work within health and safety guidelines. This is to ensure the safety of the driver, the customer and the general public.

When using kerbside delivery, you will need to consider:
- Local time restrictions for delivery vehicles in the kerbside delivery spot
- Areas close by that cannot be accessed by delivery vehicles, such as pedestrian-only zones
- The surface of the road and the pavement in your kerbside area – the ground needs to be hard and even
Make sure you know how many boxes or items are in your delivery and have assistance available to move everything from the kerbside spot to its ultimate destination. You may need assistance on items that are large or heavy. Take caution when removing all packaging to avoid damages and injury.
Our tiles come direct from the factories in Italy to our UK warehouse. They are then shipped directly to your specified address. If the product is in stock, the process will take around 14 – 21 days. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.
If the product is not in stock, delivery may take longer but we will advise you of this and ensure you are updated.
Restricted Access Deliveries
If your property has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering via the Additional Information section on the checkout page.
We will not be able to move goods further than our pallet trolley permits, and we will be unable to deliver to steep hills, gravel driveways or other unusual conditions.

Damaged Goods, Cancellations & Returns
If we make an error with your order, we will correct this for you. All items leave us in perfect condition. If a delivery should arrive damaged in any way you MUST indicate this when you sign for it and contact us within 14 days of receipt to inform us of the problem, with images.
Once an order has been dispatched from the supplier and is in the care of the courier, you will receive a dispatch email. The order is then unable to be amended. Therefore, please ensure that delivery dates, addresses and items are correct prior to dispatch.
You may return entire, unused orders within 14 days for a refund. You must contact us via email to arrange this (see “contact us” details which are clearly shown on our web site). You must obtain a “Returns Number” from us so that we know who you are and who to refund. You will be responsible for carriage charges.
